SLOT 51 – TUNA STEAK

– 1 Tuna steak
– New potatoes
– Cajun seasoning
– Mango
– Avocado
– Spring onion
– Tomatoes
– Red onion
– Chilli
– Garlic
– Cracked black pepper
– Olive oil
– Lime juice
– Coriander

– Dice avocado, mango, tomatoes, spring onion, red onion, & chilli
– Squeeze juice of one lime
– Sprinkle on cracked black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic, and a splash of olive oil and mix
– Chargrill tuna steak to specification
– Chargrill half a lime
– Oven roast the new potatoes and sprinkle with cajun seasoning
– Serve as per photo
