– Duck breast
– Parmentier potatie
– Creamed cabbage
– Smoked pancetta
– Honey
– Knob of butter
– Pan sear duck breast until pink
– Fry diced pancetta, deglaze pan with splash of white wine
– Add shredded cabbage and splash of cream.
– Pour honey on the duck and remove from pan.
– Add knob of butter to pan and mix
– Slice duck breast
– Arrange as per photo
