SLOT 29 – TANDOORI CHICKEN

– Chicken breast
– 500g of Tandoori paste
– 500ml of natural yoghurt

– Tomato sauce
– Vegetable samosa
– Mint yoghurt
– Green chillies
– Lime
– Coriander

– Marinate chicken breast in 500g of Tandoori paste mixed with 500ml of natural yoghurt
– Cook in oven
– Re-heat sweet potato fondant
– Heat tomato sauce
– Deep fry vegetable samosa
– Swipe mint yoghurt on plate
– Slice chicken breast
– Garnish with green chillies, lime and coriander
