– 15g of pancetta & onion
– One portion of mussels
– 50ml of of white wine
– 75ml of tomato sauce
– 1 slice of toasted bloomer

– Sauté onion & pancetta
– Add white wine & mussels or
– Add tomato sauce & cover
– Cook until all mussels are open
– Discard closed shells
– Toast 1 slice of bloomer
