– 3 different melons
– 25ml of gin syrup
– 1 scoop of champagne sorbet
– Mint sprig & strawberry
– Juice of whole orange & skin
– Juice of whole lemon & skin
– 6 crushed junipers
– 100g of castor sugar

– 3 different melons with the flesh cut out
– 25ml of gin syrup
– 1 scoop of champagne sorbet
– Mint sprig & strawberry on top
– Juice of whole orange & skin
– Juice of whole lemon & skin
– 6 crushed junipers
– Cover with water
– Add 100g of castor sugar
– Bring to boil and reduce to syrup
