– 2 slice black pudding
– 1 slice bacon
– 1 poached egg
– Wholegrain mustard cream

– Add wholegrain mustard, cream and white base to pan mix well and bring to boil
– Pan fry 2 slice black pudding
– Slice bacon into lardons and add to black pudding
– Poach egg
– Garnish with red amaranth
– Arrange as per photograph.
