– Cheddar cheese
– Cucumber
– Red pepper
– Red onion
– Mayonnaise
– 4 slices brown or white bread
– Skinny fried
– Salad garnish

– Grate applewood and cheddar cheese
– Dice red pepper, cucumber, and red onion
– Combine with mayonnaise
– Spread over two slices of the bread and close
– Slice into fingers
– Serve with fries and salad garnish
