– Flat Mushroom
– Brioche Bun
– 3 Slices Halloumi
– Spicy Guacamole
– Beetroot Salsa
– Cajun Fries
– Salad Garnish

– Bake a flat mushroom in the oven. Toast the brioche bun.
– Combine an avocado, garlic, chopped chilli, and lime juice to make spicy guacamole. Spread onto brioche bun, top with baked mushroom.
– Pan fry 3 slices of halloumi and place on top of mushroom.
– Top with lid of brioche and skewer with gherkin and cherry tomato.
– Put beetroot salsa into ramekin. Serve with cajun fries as per photo.
