– 500g Cheshire cheese
– 500g cooked potato
– 2 table spoons of English mustard
– Salt & cracked black pepper
– 2 egg yolks
– 2 white onions, finely diced

– Bind ingredients above to make filling
– Cut out required pastry
– Fill with cheese mix
– Cook in oven 25 mins
– Warm peas
– Once cooked, garnish with fried onio
