– 150g of monkish
– 3 king prawns
– 100g of stir fry mix
– 250ml of curry sauce
– 1 large ramekin of basmati rice
– 50g of peas
– 5 popadoms
– 1g of micro coriander
– 150g of monkish, 3 king prawns into a warm pan and fry for 30 seconds
– Add 100g of stir fry mix and fry for a further 30 seconds
– 250ml of curry sauce and bring to the boil
– 1 large ramekin of basmati rice into a pan
– Add 50g of peas and 75mls of water
– Wait for the water to be absorbed
– Return to the ramekin and place onto a mains plate
– Spoon the curry sauce into the balti dish
– Place 5 popadoms onto the plate and garnish with 1g of micro coriander
